Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send us a message and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6.1.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

6.1.5.1 No Guarantee of Delivery

We cannot guarantee the successful delivery of messages, as delivery may be affected by factors including, but not limited to, carrier network issues, device settings, or geographic restrictions.

6.1.5.2 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Any issues related to message transmission, including delays or delivery failures, are outside the responsibility of the carrier and subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.

6.1.5.3 Limitation on Indirect, Consequential, and Related Damages:

The total aggregate liability of either party, including any third-party carriers, arising from or related to the SMS services, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the SMS services in the 12 months preceding the incident that gave rise to the liability.

6.1.5.5 Exceptions to Liability Limitations

The limitations outlined above do not apply to:

Your breach of obligations related to proper and lawful use of the SMS services.
Your breach of any payment obligations for the SMS services.
Indemnification obligations related to misuse or violation of third-party rights under applicable law.

6.1.5.6 Prohibition by Law

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability and that of the carriers shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
