Framer (Decks & Outdoor Structures)
We’re looking for reliable framers experienced in wood and composite deck framing.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct framing for decks, stairs, pergolas, and platforms
Follow deck plans and building codes
Operate power tools and saws safely
Collaborate with team leads on project flow
Requirements:
2+ years of framing experience (residential or outdoor projects preferred)
Ability to read plans and use measuring tools accurately
Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Carpenter (Finish & Custom Deck Work)
Skilled carpenters bring our decks to life with smooth finishes, detailed trim, and quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Install decking, fascia, railing, stairs, and trim elements
Ensure clean, level, and secure finishes
Interpret blueprints and work with project managers
Maintain tools and materials on-site
Requirements:
Experience with deck or exterior carpentry
High attention to detail and pride in clean finish work
Familiarity with composite systems (like Trex, TimberTech, etc.) a plus
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions
Home Improvement Salesperson (Deck & Outdoor Projects)
Join our sales team and help clients bring their outdoor visions to life with custom-designed deck solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners to discuss goals and ideas
Take site measurements and develop project estimates
Present design concepts and material options
Manage client relationships and support project handoff
Requirements:
Sales experience in home improvement or construction
Knowledge of deck materials and outdoor construction a strong plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to use basic design or quoting tools (training provided)
Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
Support our growing project pipeline by managing the financial and administrative side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Track job costs, client payments, and contractor invoices
Assist with payroll, scheduling, and materials tracking
Reconcile bank transactions and generate reports
Communicate with the field team on project budgeting
Requirements:
Experience using accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous experience in construction, trades, or home services preferred
Excellent communication and task management skills
